This homeowner previously had our WaterGuard system installed to fix the water issue in his basement. He now was ready to begin finishing his basement and we were able to install our ThermalDry tile flooring.

We offer many ThermalDry flooring options. Some look like carpet, some look like wood, we have tile options or even just an unfinished look. All of our ThermalDry flooring possibilities are made of plastic which means they are completely inorganic so mold can't grow on them and water won't ruin them.  

Looking to totally seal their basement, homewoners called our team. So in order to prevent air flow from their basement to the rest of their home, our team insulated their rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. With airtight insulation there is a reduction in heat loss. 

Scott already had a sump pump, but it could not handle the amount of water entering his basement. Tired of dealing with his basement flooding, he called our team. We installed TripleSafe, a sump pump system. This system includes three pumps, so that it can handle your highest pumping demands. One pump is powered by batteries which prevents flooding even during power outages.

Carl's historic Ludington, MI home had a leak in the basement. Fortunately, the water was seeping into the sump pump crock, but the added moisture can cause major problems. His neighbor had waterproofing work done by Ayers two years ago, and the fact that the work is still holding up made him call us instead of another company. After an inspection, our crew determined Carl would need a new TripleSafe sump pump and the CleanSpace Wall System.

The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergency, so the basement will remain dry even when the power goes out. CleanSpace Wall System is a moisture barrier that uses a thick plastic liner along basement walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. It also has antibacterial properties that prevent mold and bacteria growth. Damp air takes more energy to heat and cool. Cutting down on how much it costs to heat or cool the home. 

Carl was so appreciative of the work Ayers did to waterproof his unique and historical home. He can't wait to not have to worry about added moisture and leaks ever again in the basement. 

Leonard was looking to have his small basement window replaced with a larger one to open up his basement space more. He called Ayers to see what we could offer and our crew determined he would love our Egress Windows.

Egress Windows are larger windows which are perfect for basements as they allow more fresh air to circulate the space as well as more natural light. These windows also include a well with a step which provides a safe exit in the case of an emergency where a quick exit is needed. His basement will look much more inviting and complete now with these windows.
