Dennis and Blanca began to notice large puddles of water whenever it rained. While rain is great for growing the greenery outside of the home, water aides in growing mold and fungi inside as well. 

Our systems design specialist recommended a full basement waterproofing, including a SaniDry XP Air System and an egress window installation. The SaniDry XP Basement Air System is a powerful dehumidifier designed to remove 10 times the amount of water from the air as a regular dehumidifier. As a result, dry and clean air is produced and ultimately reducing the risk of mold growth. The egress window installation also allows more natural light in the home to eliminate mold and mildew growth. 

After a longstanding problem with water in the basement, our customer called to take care of it once and for all. Among the problems was a sump pump that just couldn't keep up. In addition to not being strong enough, the pump also didn't have a cover, and leaving it open made it vulnerable to damage or being clogged with debris.

We installed a SuperSump pump to efficiently discharge the water from the basement. In addition to its powerful motor, the cover protects the system.

Air leaks can cause your bills to rise and majorly overwork your furnace. We find that most air leaks are in hard to reach places making them hard to seal off. With FrothPak, this insulation can be sprayed just about anywhere. It's waterproof and inorganic making it completely mold resistant. A customer called our team because he wanted his crawl space to be completely sealed off. So we insulated his rim joists because seams and small cracks can exist around them. By sealing them off we restrict flow of air or any type of moisture. So now, outside air will be kept out and inside air will be kept in.
