Jeff and Denise had been dealing with water issues in their basement for some time. They decided to find a permanent solution for their home and had work done by Ayers to install an Internal drain: WaterGuard. While the drain did a fantastic job of waterproofing, the couple wanted to transform the look of the basement.

The team at Ayers suggested installing CleanSpace for its multiple different advantages. CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that covers the walls creating a moisture barrier. Any water from the foundation will run behind the liner and directly to the drain on the floor! With colder weather came colder floors in Alan's home, and he hated having cold feet. He researched his options online and called Ayers to learn about the issue. A customer from Glenn, Michigan called us about his crawlspace because he wanted to make sure that it was fully insulated. We drove to his house and inspected his crawlspace, we then decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold.
