Your crawl space access door should always seal super tight. A lof of times crawl space doors are made of plywood which rots easily and ends up looking awful, and not sealing off your crawl space like it should. The answer to solve this is an all plastic door that can't rot, it won't warp or need paint and bugs won't eat it. The knobs screw into the anchors pulling the door tight against weather stripping to seal off outside air.

This homeowners basement and crawl space were having some water troubles and some musty smells. After having the basement waterproofed last year, it was time to work on the crawl space. Our strong CleanSpace material was installed throughout the crawl space on the floors and wall. The piers were also wrapped for ultimate protection. The CleanSpace material provides a reliable vapor barrier that keeps moisture and humidity out and prevents the growth of mold or the deterioration of any of the building materials. Another great thing about the CleanSpace material is that it brightens up a crawl space immensely. No more dark and creepy crawl space.

Our CleanSpace solution is great for crawl spaces as it is made of a thick, durable, plastic liner with a vapor barrier property that protects against moisture and water development. Excess moisture and water in your crawl space can lead to mold and bacteria development which can impact the wood support works below your home. Before this liner is installed around your crawl space we install our Drainage Matting. This will catch water and direct the flow to your sump system in the floor of your crawl space.

A family in Cassoplis, MI began to notice their energy bills going up and thought it was because of their unkept crawl sapce. The final touch on this project was the instullation of SilverGlo. These are insulation wall panels that are used to keep the crawl space dry, the house warm, and the energy bills low.
