Brian and Kelli realized that their crawl space was in rough shape. Water appeared to be leaking into the space and causing an abundance of moisture. The couple decided to have their home inspected and contacted Ayers. After contacting Ayers, a specialist wasn't sent out for a thorough inspection. The team concluded from the inspection that CleanSpace would be perfect for Brian and Kelli. 

CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that encapsulates the crawl space. The liner creates a barrier preventing moisture from getting into the crawlspace and causing problems! The owner of this home decided to upgrade their current sump pump for a the more effective and aesthetically pleasing TripleSafe. This sump pump is the king of all sump pumps, sporting three pumps within a single liner. One Zoeller ⅓ hp pump, a Zoeller ½ hp pump, and an “Ultra Sump” battery operated pump that works in the event that the power goes out. All of these pumps are housed in one liner that has an airtight lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement, and eliminating an eyesore. The IceGuard system attached to the sump pump discharge line outside of the home. The IceGuard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry.

A customer from Ada, MI called us about her basement and wanted a free estimate. We drove to her property and noticed that she needed a sump pump to pump the water out of the basement. So we installed our TripleSafe sump pump which is the best water fighting sump pump out there. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in one liner.

The first being the 1/3 hp zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water.
