Sandra wanted her crawl space completely encapsulated so she called our team. In addition to installing other systems, our team insulated her rim joists. Seams and small cracks can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now, flow in and out of the crawl space is restricted which keeps vapor and moisture out.

Sandra needed help keeping hairy critters out of her crawl space so they would not damage the foundation of her home. So she called our team and we installed CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

The crawlspace had several issues, including a concrete floor with potential moisture concerns, rusted beams, and inadequate insulation. There was also a possibility of a leak, and the access to the crawlspace was through the interior, making it challenging to maintain. To solve these problems, the team encapsulated the crawlspace with a barrier to prevent moisture intrusion and improve air quality. They also applied spray foam insulation along the floor joists after removing the old insulation to ensure proper thermal protection. 

Richard had puddles accumulating in his basement after heavy rains and didn't know why. He decided to contact the team at Ayers Basement Systems and set up an inspection. The inspection concluded that water was leaking through areas in the foundation. Richard would later install the WaterGuard system along with new discharge lines. The installation by our crew at Ayers went smoothly and left Richard's home looking better than ever!
