Thomas and Becky called our team because of their damp crawl space. In order to prevent water intrusion, we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

Dean worried about the dirt floor of his crawl space and the moisture seeping through the dirt. He wasn't sure what to do, so he gave Ayers a call. We sent a team of specialists to assess the issue and make a recommendation. They suggested CleanSpace, an antimicrobial vapor barrier designed to deter water and mold growth. CleanSpace is also applied in one piece, to guarantee full encapsulation. Dean was happy he called Ayers and got the job done!

Angela and Guillermo had various issues with their basement and didn't know what to do. They decided to call Ayers and seek a professional opinion. The team at Ayers determined from the home inspection that cracks in the foundation and structural supports were causing various problems. Angela and Guillermo wanted a permanent solution, so they installed different waterproofing and structural supports. One of the waterproofing products installed was CleanSpace which creates a moisture barrier and makes the space look great! CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty plastic liner that will provide various benefits to Angela and Guillermo!

Linda's crawl space was in need of a good fixer-upper job since it was pure dirt, rubble and cobwebs! She decided to call Ayers for our crawl space repair solutions so we sent a crew for a free inspection. From this it was determined that our CleanSpace solution would clean it right up. First we install our Drainage Matting under the CleanSpace liner. This is a dimpled mat that gives any water flooding into the crawl space a channel to be directed to the sump pump or drainage system. Then we add our CleanSpace liner which is made of a thick, waterproof plastic material that is inorganic. It has a vapor barrier property that rids the crawl space of that excess moisture that leads to mold or bacteria. Linda's crawl space has never looked cleaner!

Deborah discovered that her Michigan basement was leaking. During rain, the same area in the basement would get wet and puddle up. She decided to call Ayers to determine the problem and explore solutions.  

A System Design Specialist was sent out for an assessment of the home and to look for solutions. After thoroughly assessing the house, the team at Ayers suggested CleanSpace System and the SmartSump. The CleanSpace system is a water-proof vapor barrier that prevents moisture or vapor from entering the basement. Any water from the walls will be funneled behind the CleanSpace and directed toward a pump. Additionally, the SmartSump is a sump pump ideal for crawlspace environments. This sump pump houses a primary pump that pumps any water in the crawlspace out and away from the house. 

These two products will eliminate the risk of water damage and ultimately take care of Deborah's problem. Ayers was more than happy to provide a permeant solution for the home!
