William noticed water pooling on his basement floor and was sick of running around with towels and a mop. After researching his options online, he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. Our specialists visited his home and evaluated his basement to recommend a solution. They decided to install the TripleSafe sump pump, which is designed to react to pump failure, by including two primary pumps and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. William is happy with his dry basement!

This customer had water seeping into the corner of his basement where the floor and wall met. A small puddle of standing water was also constantly forming on the floor even though a sump pump was present in the home. This homeowner was looking for an effective solution to collect and discard leaking water and our team of experts knew exactly what to do.

To properly collect and discard intruding water into the sump pump, we installed the WaterGuard system, which is an effective perimeter drainage system. This system was installed underneath the flooring around the interior perimeter of the basement. Water entering the home is able to flow down into the drainage pipes, rather than onto the floor and is carried directly to the sump pump to be discarded from the home. A WaterGuard inspection port was also installed to make sure we have access to the system if ever needed in the future.

Shelly had a partically finished basement that was leaking. We installed the WaterGuard system which is a French drain that is under the floor to collect water as it seeps in. The water collected is then sent to the sump pump to be discharged outside the home keeping the basement dry.
