Alena's floors were sagging and her foundation was settling. She only has a crawl space under her main floor, no basement. Due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable. So our team installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Mary's home had stone basement walls, and she worried the voids between the stones would allow moisture entry. She needed the problem resolved quickly, so she called Ayers for assistance. Our crew of experts visited her home to evaluate the space and recommend a solution. The team suggested Shotcrete, which applies a concrete or mortar wet spray through a high-pressure hose to fill a form or repair damaged surfaces. Mary is relieved to be rid of unwanted moisture in her basement!

Dennis found vertical cracks in his foundation wall. Some cracks were outside the wall while others were inside the garage. Due to the settling foundation, the garage concrete was starting to crack and sink as well. To keep the foundation from sinking even more, we installed Helical Piers. They anchor into the solid soil to stabilize the foundation as well as help lift it back to the original level. To fix the garage floor, we used PolyLevel. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is lightweight and waterproof and used to lift and level concrete. 

This 150 year old has some shifting in the stone foundation which is also causing cracks in the brick chimney. We used Helical Piers to stabilize the settling home and lift the foundation back to the original level.  

Rich and Sue had a bowing wall in their basement that was starting to affect other walls so they contacted our team. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system. This system secures basement walls in place. Often outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.
