Devon was looking into additional foundation support and crawl space encapsulation. He called Ayers for the job, so we sent a team for a free inspection. The crew concluded that CleanSpace and SmartJacks would provide the necessary solutions his crawl space required. First, CleanSpace is installed on the crawl space ground and walls, providing a barrier between the soil and the home. This liner is waterproof and will create an airtight seal that protects the area from outside air, moisture, and critters. Next, we installed SmartJacks to replace his rotting wooden support structures. These steel columns rest on a solid base in the subfloor and are easily adjustable. This system will help raise his floors to a level position and will stabilize the foundation. Devon was stunned when he saw the transformation!

Our team installed CleanSpace in a customer's home due to heavy water intrusion in his crawl space. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

This Grand Rapids couple were having issues with their crawl space. There was moisture in the area, mold growing on the structure, and the floor on the main level of the home was sinking. To support the sagging floor, we installed SmartJacks which are installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and a sturdy base at the floor and will raise the floor back to the original level. We also closed off the crawl space to keep the mold and moisture out. The first step to encapsulating the area was to install Drainage Matting which has dimples in it to allow the water to flow under the liner and to be directed towards the sump pump. Secondly, we installed the CleanSpace liner over the matting which is a thick durable liner that prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through into the area. We also installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System which has three levels of protection to the home in case of a power outage or pump malfunction. Lastly, we installed the SaniDry Sedona. The SaniDry is a dehumidifier that keeps dry air circulating throughout the space to dry out your basement or crawl space.  It also has a small size so it easily fits into a small crawl space or takes up a small amount of room in a basement. 

Cheryl did not like going in her crawl space and wanted it encapsulated. There were spiders, the insulation was falling, and it was just creepy but she also wanted to protect it from water and mold. We first laid down Drainage Matting which has dimples in it that create areas for the water to flow through and be directed to the sump pump. On top of the matting, we installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to keep out water vapor, pests, and humidity. By keeping the space dry, you protect the home from bad smells, mold, and rot!
