Kirk and Janae had about eight inches of water flooding their crawl space so they needed help encapsulating it. Therefore, our team installed CleanSpace, an uninterrupted vapor barrier. This material is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.

Water was entering Todd’s cottage’s basement. Since he is not always there he often worries whether his basement is flooding or not, so he called our team. We installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent more water intrusion. This system utilizes a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls and act as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for Todd and put a stop to all water intrusion into his basement immediately.

A Vickburg resident called Ayers to clean and seal their wet crawlspace. The Ayers team used CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to correct the issue. 

The crawl space in this Baldwin, MI cottage was not a place you wanted to be. It was wet and growing mold, giving the area an overall damp feeling. Since crawl spaces are the lowermost points of a home, the "Stack Effect" explains that air flows in your home from bottom to top, meaning that the mold in the crawl space can be easily breathed in by those upstairs, causing a serious problem.

The best solution in this case was to install a liner to seal off the space. Not just any liner, however, a CleanSpace liner. CleanSpace is a durable liner that stops water vapor and allows for drainage to the sump pump. As an added benefit, this liner has an antimicrobial additive in the material, preventing mold growth. This liner was the perfect solution to transform this crawl space into a healthy, usable space.
