This Roscommon couple have been in their home for about 2 years. Since they moved in, the front porch slab had been sinking but the settling was causing the columns to pull away from the ceiling. This was super concerning to the homeowners and they wanted a fix for it. We used a light weight foam called PolyLevel so lift the concrete slab back up to the original level. By leveling out the porch, the columns are stabilized and don't pull away anymore. To seal any cracks we used NexusPro Crack Repair which keeps water and debris from getting under the concrete and degrading it. 

Kathie needed her sidewalk lifted and leveled since it was starting to sink. She had confidence in Ayers to do the job effectively, so she called us. We chose PolyLevel to address this issue.
