Water was entering a homeowner’s basement through small cracks on the walls. She called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into her basement immediately.

Sandy and Terry B. had a large crawl space covered in fibre glass insulation that was beyond it's usefulness and that had begun to drop from the ceiling. This crawl space had a dirt floor that was uninsulated and allowing cold air and moisture to enter the space. We removed the bad insulation and added a CleanSpace crawl space liner that acts as a water barrier. We also added a drainage mat to capture any water that may gather under the liner and then funnel it to the sump pump.

Jodi called us because she had a crawl space with a musty smell and dirt floor and she wanted it closed off. We installed the CleanSpace liner which is thick and durable liner. It prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through into the crawl space. By sealing the crawl space, the odors and allergenic mold spores are kept away. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona which is a dehumidifier for the area. They keep dry air circulating throughout the area to ensure your basement is protected from excess moisture  so you have a dry, clean space. It also has a small size so it easily fits in small crawl spaces.

A customer in Bronson Michigan needed to have their crawl space insulated from the outside environment. We came to the rescue and installed CleanSpace Technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now this house will not have to worry about a gross, moldy crawlspace and home.
