Homeowner Kathy was worried about the water intrusion in the crawl space of her home in Greenville, MI. The discharge from her sump pump was too short, causing water to back up into her home when the pump was in operation. To address these concerns, Kathy decided to work with Ayers to ensure her crawl space was protected for the long term. They installed CleanSpace, a vapor barrier that effectively encapsulates the crawl space, keeping moisture and water out. This system also directs any excess water to a newly extended sump pump discharge line, preventing water from cycling back into her home. Now, Kathy can rest easy knowing her crawl space is secure.

A customer in Saranac, MI had moisture problems in his crawl space, and moisture means mold. So we installed our CleanSpace technology in the crawl space. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now that this crawlspace has CleanSpace technology, the homeowner won't have to worry about mold ever again.
