Matt called us because he had water and moisture in the crawl space. There was no sump pump and no mold but he wanted to make sure no mold started to grow. We used Drainage Matting to direct water to the sump pump to be expelled outside of the home. The TripleSafe sump pump keeps water out even in cases of a pump malfunction or a power outage. The vapor barrier, CleanSpace, prevents water vapor, pests, and humidity from entering the crawl space. It also prevent mold growth to keep the space safe and clean.
