I wanted a dry basement and had to just take the word of the representatives I met at the building show. So far it has worked and I am so thankful. I just felt right about it and that is why I did it, most companies haven't worked for me. 

I just wanted to commend Dan Bemman who came out to my mom's house last week (8/27) to repair her system. While he was there he pointed out some soot on the water heater and recommended we get it checked. It helped us discover a low-level long-term CO exposure my mom was suffering from. If this had gone on any longer, my mom probably would've died as her kidneys had already started shutting down. Mom is now doing much better. Thanks again for Dan noticing this and bringing it to our attention.

Crew was polite, friendly, hard workers, answered every question.  The guys just wanted me to be happy, always double checked everything! We had the owner, Virgil Ayers as our Project Manager. Very knowledgeable, he showed us what we needed, not just what we wanted. We were impressed by the lack of high pressure, like some companies. We were the first customers for Ayers Basement Systems to have the Zenwall installed on our walls. We Love IT. The new basement windows are fantastic, they open and close and are easy to clean. The two cats, Therbo and Fan, whom you never saw, have left their footprints forever in the cement! I think they are happy too.
