Complete Basement Systems of MN
Justin joined our Complete Basement Systems team in 2001 when he was still in high school. He started as a crew helper and worked up to running his own crew as a foreman. He completed his Waterproofing Professional Certification so homeowners can have peace of mind that his installations are top quality. He has installed thousands of our Complete Basement Systems in his tenure with our company.
Justin starts his day motivating his team with a plan to work efficiently and effectively to take care of our customer's projects. While running a crew, he needs to be quick at problem-solving and making sure the quality of work meets his standards. He also needs to keep an open line of communication with the homeowners to keep them informed about their project as well as address any questions or concerns.
Justin likes being on the Complete Basement Systems team because he gets to see the appreciation of a homeowner who gets to confidently use their basement again.
In Justin's spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
