I've found CBS' installation to stand up to its advertising. Neither my daughter, nor I, have had A DROP of water in our basements--knock on wood--since our installations. That says a lot, as our neighborhood has had several experiences of very heavy rains and numerous basements took on water.
I've done business with CBS for more than a decade. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their attention to customer service is unparallelled.
