I was expecting a call the Friday before Monday install to be sure everything was still on schedule. I left a message asking if everything was still a go. I didn't get the call until Monday morning from Lewis saying the crew was on their way. Earlier (like Friday) would have put my mind at ease.
Dylan was clearly experienced and patient while explaining what he though was best for our water issue.
Very thorough. Explained everything.
