Complete Basement installed our drain tiles, sump pump and dehumidifier 4 years ago. Joe Miles was here for annual service call. He was prompt, professional, very nice and very helpful. The motor on the dehumidifier had burned out - lots of smoke, no fire, but we knew it had to be repaired; Replaced, was what we wound up doing b/c we got the 5% discount and Joe was able to take the old one and install the new. He was in and out of here in no time. New Dehumidifier is great; more efficient and runs less than the old one. Can't say enough good things about Joe. Asset to your company.
