Very solid customer service skills. Very helpful.
The salesperson was professional and helpful. He did have some technical issues with his computer that made the meeting a little longer than it could have been.
They did a good job of prepping, putting down plastic to keep the house clean. The job ended up taking longer than the crew chief's initial estimate. He expected to be done around 1:00 - 2:00 and they did not leave until after 5:00. It would be nice if your company offered a stand or shelf for the battery to get it off of the floor. It would have a more finished appearance if this was offered as part of the package.
The crew did a good job of tidying up. We had to do our own cleanup afterward to mop the floor, but this was expected.
What made you choose our company:
I wanted a company that offered a coordinated sump pump product that would cover us in the event that power went out. The products offered by the competition did not seem to compare. I also like the idea that your company is available to do periodic inspections of the sump pump to make sure everything is ok.
