My only comment about the sales presentation was that the sales person gave me incorrect information about how long the concrete needed to set before the water heater and appliances could be moved back into place. The sales rep. told me 24 hours, but at the completion of the work, I was told by the crew that I needed to wait 48 hours. Fortunately, the crew finished a day ahead of schedule, which meant that 48 hours would pass before my appointment with the plumber to restore hot water and appliances. Otherwise, the sales presentation was clear and helpful.

They worked hard and were very efficient.

The house was kept clean and the worksite was cleaned well.
