With our trusted PolyLevel application, American Waterworks was able to raise the slabs, closet to the garage foundation, roughly 3 inches. To prevent any further shifting or water damage, American Waterworks applied a silicone based sealant called, NexusPro. When NexusPro is applied to joints and cracks in the sidewalk, it is specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh Midwestern weather conditions.
Mr. Milz reached out to American Waterworks with concerns of his concrete driveway being a potential trip hazard for his family and other guests visiting his home in Rochester, MN. He was so impressed with our Design Specialists presentation, that he happily signed up on the spot and received an efficiency discount for doing so.

American Waterworks can quickly and effectively repair this driveway and walkway by leveling the concrete, rather than tearing out and replacing it.
The concrete slab on the Burgins driveway has settled over time, causing it to sink.
There is no longer a trip hazard on her stoop because of the PolyLevel foam injection.
Erica and Marcus's concrete driveway was sinking, causing them to worry about the value of their home.
PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that gets injected beneath concrete slabs to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise the concrete surface.
