Brady Swenson

Brady Swenson is a dedicated Design Specialist who brings Midwest values, hands-on experience, and a passion for helping homeowners feel confident in their homes. Born and raised in North Iowa, Brady combines construction knowledge with strong communication skills to deliver clear, trustworthy solutions.

Before joining American Waterworks, Brady built grain bins, worked in yard and receiving at Menards, and spent eight years teaching junior high science and social studies. This blend of construction and education helps him explain problems and solutions in a way homeowners can understand and feel comfortable with.

Now certified across all American Waterworks services, Brady specializes in foundation repair and waterproofing. He approaches every project with thoroughness, integrity, and genuine care.

Brady lives in Mason City with his wife, Stephanie, and their three sons - Sawyer, Walker, and Arthur. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, woodworking, home improvement projects, and exploring Iowa's scenic roads in his motorcycle.
