Tyler joined our team in February 2026 as a Service Technician, bringing a well-rounded background and a strong passion for customer care. Prior to joining us, he gained experience in the farming industry, AG sales, building design and sales, and foundation inspection and sales. His diverse career path has given him a unique blend of hands-on technical knowledge and customer-focused expertise. Tyler was drawn to American Waterworks because he wanted to work directly with homeowners and play a key role in helping them protect and maintain their homes. In his role as a Service Technician, he prepares materials for daily jobs, diagnoses issues within customer systems, performs annual maintenance, and ensures warranties are properly upheld. He is especially passionate about helping homeowners feel confident and comfortable with their systems and looks forward to meeting customers and safeguarding their biggest investment
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. We’re thrilled to have him on the team!
