Sales Process
Cory was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me several times over the phone since I am in Texas and the rental property where the work was being done is in Louisiana. I spoke to several people and he was always very quick to answer any questions and what I like the most was that he did not pressure me into making a quick decision.
Our Installation Crew
Ethan and his crew were AMAZING!! Since I am in Texas and the property is in Louisiana, Ethan kept an open line of communication explaining everything to me. We ran into some issues that had to be dealt with with moving pipes. He and his team continued to work around the area until the plumber could get there and make room for them to do the work. Ethan explained everything to my renter of how to equipment worked and then again to me to make sure I understood everything.
