This concerned homeowner wanted to minimize people tripping on their way to her front door. The grading by the stairs was very steep and every tie it rained, water would wash out under the stairs, causing them to drop and settle. Our team used PolyLevel to lift the heavy stairs and sealed the joints with NExusPro to keep water out. We also advised this homeowner to have a landscaper come out and build the grading up next to the stairs so this won't happen again. 

Homeowner Bobbi Jo wanted to repair the concrete in front of her home in Blair, NE. The amount of settlement had created a tripping hazard. Bobbi Jo was worried about the impact this would have on the rest of the concrete. System Design Specialist Alan Ruiz was able to see that there was some water intrusion that had caused the soil to erode.  The crew started by using PolyLevel under the concrete to level it again and then applied NexuPro Joint Sealant to all the joints to prevent water from getting under the slab again. Bobbi Jo was impressed by the final result and hard work the crew put in.
