This driveway in Gardner, KS had wide joints and cracks that were really needing to be sealed. It's really important to seal expanding joints to protect them from water, dirt, and debris that can damage concrete slabs. We used NexusPro to accomplish this. NexusPro is a great solution for protecting both new and old concrete. 

These two homeowners have a granddaughter in a wheelchair. To make sure she had easy access to their house, it was time they address their concrete problem and prevent it from getting worse. They had spoken with one of our Brand Ambassadors and preferred to repair the concrete rather than replace it. On top of that, they 100% knew they did not want a 'band-aid' fix. Everything they've tried in the past was not long-term and gave out pretty quickly. So they gave Thrasher a shot.

Justin Smith went out to perform the inspection. He found there was settlement occurring underneath the concrete all around the house. The root of the problem came primarily due to poor, compacted soil and continuous washout, causing the concrete to settle as it did. 

To fix this issue, we decided to do a 2-part concrete protection system. This includes using PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete and then NexusPro to seal the joints and block out any moisture from getting underneath. 

We got the job done, the homeowners were impressed, and now they don't have to worry about themselves or their granddaughter struggling to get into their home.

This homeowner is planning on staying in this home forever and they don't want any problems around their home to get worse. The area where the garage and the driveway meet needed a little work. The driveway had settled a few inches causing a mini speed bump every time they'd drive into their garage. To fix, we used PolyLevel foam to lift and level the concrete and eliminate tripping hazards and get rid of that speed bump. 

Gerry was concerned that he had settlement issues which may be causing problems with his concrete. 

We sent System Design Specialist Ian Pfister out to the home to provide a free inspection and explain how we can help. He determined that there wasn't a settlement issue and provided options to repair and extend the life of his driveway.  We used PolyLevel Foam and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to lift and level the concrete back to its original position and seal out moisture to prevent future problems.
