We were very impressed with our introductory visit from Kate Spielman. She did a thorough job of answering questions, explaining what was necessary to solve our problem, and providing a quote. We received explicit instructions on what our responsibilities were prior to installation which made it easy to get ready. On the day of the installation, your crew was punctual, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Each person that we dealt with throughout the entire process - the receptionist, the sales representative, the crew chief and each of the crew members - was friendly and professional.

Ms. Spielman was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  The crew leader answered our questions and explained the system thoroughly.

I trust Thrasher to fix the issues in my home because they have always helped me. I'm happy that I don't have to worry about my basement having water issues now.

Mel and his crew were wonderful.  They were professional, courteous, and extremely efficient.  The crew arrived at my home on time.  The basement repair was a dirty job, but they protected my home and there was very little clean up after they left.  Mel communicated everything that would be done and answered all our questions throughout the day.  We feel like we received the best service possible and are very pleased with the waterproofing on our basement.  

They did a great job! They are very professional and they checked with me about any changes that they had to make. If we ever have any more problems I will give you a call.

It is difficult to really put into words how satisfied I am with your company and products.  Until you have mopped and bailed water all night, then gone to work and rushed home at break to keep up with the mess, you cannot realize the relief one feels after having your pumps installed.  Thank you! The crew did a great job of staying in communication with me. Seth did an amazing job of updating me along with the way. When the crew finished, they cleaned up well and left the area in better condition, they when they arrived.
