I have been the contact person for my 94 year old neighbor Mayme for quite a while now.  Due to problems with water in Mayme's basement, which have ben happening for a very long time, we had to contact Thrasher.  Jeremy came to Mayme's this week for a comoplete inspection in her basement to analyze and provide a solution to her problems.  Jeremy also gave her an estimate of the cost to repair the probems.  At the beginning of the process of his inspection, Jeremy respectfully about the status of Mayme's living by herself.  I was very glad he asked, because it shoed he knew she would have to live in a very safe environment for the newxt few years.  I want to express my very special thank you to Jeremy for how he showed so much respect and care to Mayme who was overwhelmed with trying to undersand and deal what she thought was a large amount of money to spend on a basement system.  It was Jeremy's patience and caring for Mayme's feelings that kept her calm as she could be.  This lead to us getting the go-ahead for the contract approval.  I sincerely hope that you will make every effort to recognize Jeremy as one of your finest, and most respectful employees.  You can be assured that if my husband and I ever have the need for your services we will definitely contact you.

One of the reasons we decided to have all the work done by Thrasher is that we knew the work would be completed and guaranteed. We could have gone with other companies to do bits and pieces, but that would have taken a long time. Since we went with Thrasher for all of it, we only had one company and knew that when they were finished with what we are having done, our basement will look complete. Only the sump-pump, Sani-dry and waterguard are installed, but what a difference in the smell of our house since the Sani-dry was installed, I love it.  In a few weeks, the new wall restoration and floor will be put in.  I am looking forward to having a more pleasant environment in our basement. Instead of calling the basement the man-cave, it will be "our cave" since I won't be afraid of going down there any more.

The initial contact I had was a call to set up an estimate and that and also the follow up calls were all helpful, very professional and never a nuisance. The rep was on time in spite of having to navigate around the flooded areas.  The estimate was to close to what I thought and the rep gave us an accurate assessment of the situation.  We are trying to sell our house and if we have the project done for a prospective buyer or need to do it in order to sell it we will have Thrasher do the project.  We have the utmost confidence and have seen their work over the years.

We received information about the DryTrac system and it seemed to fit our situation. After speaking with Mike H. we convinced our condo complex to work with Thrasher to our solve our problem. The entire experience was handled very professionally by Thrasher, from rep. Mike H. to the installation team of Juan M., not to forget the customer services rep. at the home office.
