We knew we had the problem, but didn't know what to do about it.  Friends told us that they had just finished having similar work scheduled.  We went over to see, and met Nick.  After seeing the completion of the work and how well it fixed our friends home we decided to have the work done.  Impressed by the whole operation.

Our neighbor had put in a waterproofing system next door to us. He allowed us to take a look at the finished product, and we were very impressed. When we called to set up an appointment the customer service representative was very helpful in setting up a time for an inspector to come out to our home. And the inspector did an excellent job explaining all that would need to be done to resolve our issues. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone having issues with their home.

Super excited to finally have a permanent fix to an issue we''ve been worried about and dealing with for 10 years on and off. It's an affordable fix for the peace of mind that it brings to us. 

Mike Spencer(design specialist) did a great job diagnosing the problem and did not pressure us. We came up with a workable agreement.  I was not in house when the work was done, however, there was no dust or dirt left behind.  My husband stated that they did a wonderful job of hanging cloths, floor mats etc. to prevent and dust or dirt problems.I was pleasantly surprized and would not have known the crew was even there if I hadn't seen the results.  Thanks to the great employees who did the job.

The crew that came out did a very good and professional job.  They started promptly and finished quickly.  The crew cleaned everything up when they were done.  Looks great!!

I had confidence in Salvadore's expertise during the installation.  I requested a follow-up to ensure the drain tile and sump pump were functioning properly a week after the installation.  Jason Carlin came for a 5 o'clock appt and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.  It was hot and he didn't try to hurry the meeting and really expressed true interest in making us a satisfied client. He recommended a dehumidifier from Thasher and checked humidity qualities in the basement to reglect his suggestion.  This is something I will definitely be considering in the future.  He also stressed the importance of yearly maintenance with Thrasher to protect our investment.

A friend recommended Thrasher to us. They were prompt, careful, cheerful, and acommodating.
