Polylevel job in Genoa, NV
The before photo is up close of the "incision" made once drilling a nickle sized hole into the concrete slab. We then inject it with foam to bring the slab back up to grade, after which the holes drilled will be refilled. The after photo features holes that have not yet been filled, but a flush slab after injecting Polylevel.

For this job, the crew scored and chipped where the rebar was exposed. They then used carbon fiber and cement to patch the exposed rebar area. Once finished, they replicated the ledge along the patch with the existing ledge and successfully repaired the concrete.
