This Northwest Reno home was facing serious structural issues, with the floor beneath a heavy fireplace completely rotted and failing to bear its weight. Our team stepped in to perform a full encapsulation and foundation repair, stabilizing the home and protecting it from further damage. The transformation was completed with brand-new siding, restoring both the safety and beauty of the property.

Our team, led by Larry and Austin, tackled a severely bowing basement wall with visible foundation cracks. The "before" shots show the damage—cracks, moisture, and structural compromise. The "after" images reveal a fully stabilized wall, reinforced with wall anchors, carbon fiber straps, 10” C-channel support, and protected with Xypex waterproofing for long-term durability.

This project showcases the full helical pier installation process, from excavation alongside the foundation to final stabilization. Helical piers are driven deep into load-bearing soil to permanently support and stabilize settling foundations. Once installed, the area is backfilled and prepared for a clean finish—restoring structural integrity and providing long-term protection against future movement.
