  We had worked with Tom Armano from Erickson Foundation Solutions previously on a basement waterproofing project when the company was owned by Northeast Basement Systems and we couldn't be happier with the whole project. From friendly and knowledgeable staff to professionals at the worksite. It was a no brainer to look for him again. Once again, we were presented with the same friendly and knowledgeable professionals along with the level of professionalism one can expect at the worksite.   We experienced our first basement flood just weeks after finishing it, and I was devastated. I reached out to several foundation specialists, and Erickson stood out immediately as the most professional, well-prepared, and collaborative.   From the start, our rep, Bryan Bernard, went above and beyond. His communication was excellent—he patiently answered every question, explained our options, and created a tailored plan that would guarantee effective water management and keep our basement dry for years to come. As a visual person, I really appreciated that he came prepared with materials and videos to help me clearly understand the process.   Erickson was competitively priced while offering the highest quality products. They committed to a project timeline, delivered exactly as promised, and left our home clean and ready to move forward. The full-perimeter sump pump system they installed gives me complete peace of mind—while I hope it never needs to run, I feel confident that even in another season of heavy rain, we won’t experience another flooded basement.   If you need a foundation or waterproofing solution, I cannot recommend Erickson enough. Professional, reliable, and truly invested in their customers’ peace of mind.

  I had another mitigation company come in and they rushed through the walk through, threw out a price with no info on what were going to do. Didn't seem too interested in details. They also couldn't handle the concrete work required for the mitigation system to work correctly. That's when I contacted Erikson, as they could do both the concrete and the radon system. Andrew took time to understand the situation and develop a plan, then took the time to go over the base requirements plus system options if desired.

  I typically go with a family owned business when having work done. I reviewed them on line, and when I called I was received well. All staff were patient and caring, never rushing me to answer all my questions. Honestly, I have never worked with a company that was as thorough at Erickson, right down to a follow up call from Kim to see if I had any further questions or issues.
