Job review from Chetina in Winchester, MA 01890 on 02/07/25

I purchased my home in 2021, and it's been an interesting slew of "discoveries". One being signs of water retaining and past damage. I re-contacted Erickson in mid-July and they sent a Specialist right away (Kenny) who was very helpful in assessing what was going on (he sensed the moisture automatically) and what was needed: crawlspace waterproofing and saniDry dehumidifier. His recommendations were fair and thorough. I was initially booked for early October since summer is a busy season. Fortunately, Betty informed me there were some openings and asked if I was available for them to come on 8/15. I immediately jumped on it, and Cope and his team from Fortress Foundation were sent to help out. They were stellar job: communicative on ETA (arrived promptly at 9am), confirmation of scope of work, good camaraderie amongst each other, and directly went to work. It was estimated to be a 2-day job but was done in 1. Cope walked me through all that was done, patient with my questions, took photos, and the team did an excellent job with clean-up. Highly recommend.
