We hired Erickson to solve a water problem in our basement. They dug into our floor to create a trench along the wall and installed their waterguard system to catch the water. They added a sump pump to pump the water outside and away from our house. The pump has a battery backup so it will work if we lose power. We hope this provides a long lasting solution. The crew arrived on time, reviewed the job with me both before and after the work was done. They did a nice neat job. They did what they said they were going to do and there were no surprises. I have already called their support team with a question and they were very helpful. I feel like we are working with a solid company.
