Meet Esau our Waterproofing Foreman! He is responsible for making sure your installation is completed correctly and on time. Esau and his crew are trained professional with many years of experience and training. Before his team begins the installation, he will do a full walk through with you. Halfway through the installation, Esau will update you on the progress. Once he and his team have finished the installation, he will explain how the system works, answer any additional questions you may have and begin cleaning up the space, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.

Once the concrete steps have been leveled, our crew measured the height to make sure they are even.
This basement is wet, moldy, and has musty smells. Our Quality 1st Basement Systems team was able to transform this basement from wet to dry.
WaterGuard is installed on top of the foundation footing to be kept out of the mud zone.
We recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier for the walls and floors of the crawl space to prevent musty odors, mold growth and water seepage.
The system prevents the walls from cracking and bowing further, preventing future foundation issues around the home.
Before the waterproofing installation, this homeowner had water seeping into their basement.
Finding the basement walls bowing and cracking, Laszlo indicated the thin cracks are what allowed outside water to seep into the basement. Carbon Armor is designed to stabilize bowing walls and prevent them from cracking.
A Bowing wall is when an outside force such as expansive soil or pressure is pushing up against the wall causing it to push inward and crack.
