Excellent company experience overall.   Initially after scheduling the free estimate with the very courteous call center, Dane, the basement specialist came out on time as scheduled, assessed our problem, and offered a solution for our crawlspace water issues. Dane was very accommodating with our timeline. Dane suggested the full perimeter french drain with sump pump, discharge line, and also their encapsulation material called Clean Space.   Two days before our install, the install department and Dane reached out to confirm arrival time and if we had any additional questions about our project.   On installation day, Miguel and his crew arrived on time, explained what the scope of work was, the entire crew was very professional, and they left the work site in excellent condition after completion.   Best of all, we love the transferable lifetime guarantee. We’ll definitely refer them. Thanks Quality 1st.

  Our foreman, Victor Leon, was excellent. Upon arrival, he walked around the property with me and we went into the crawlspace; he explained what they would be doing in each area. After the job was completed, he again reviewed everything they did to ensure my expectations were met -- they clearly were met! The crew did a great job keeping my home clean during the process (covered and hung plastic, as needed) and I was extremely pleased.

  Victor and his crew were very courteous and professional. They put down throw blankets to keep all of our flooring clean and did a neat job. crew finished the installation of 6 Power braces on the wall of our basement in one day.

  Victor really did go out of his way to satisfy my concerns, promptly attending to minor corrections, major reworking of a very old laundry sink pump that ceased to work once it was moved for the job, and working in the cold windy outdoors to make the siding that had to be cut to install the pipes functionally sealed and also looking good. Never once did he display annoyance at my concerns and didn't ask me to pay until ALL my concerns were addressed.
