CleanSpace was used to encapsulate the crawl space, keeping it nice and dry to deter pests.
This barrier system can hold back water vapor from passing through into the basement walls. This system is also protected against mold and mildew!
We also installed IceGuard which provides a secondary route for water to escape to prevent clogging.
There was a heavy amount of moisture in this crawlspace that was filtering into the air, which threatened to create other issues if not resolved.
CleanSpace has been installed and the crawl space will stay protected against the outside elements.
SmartSump was installed to pump water out of the basement from the water collected by the perimeter drains. An alarm was attached to keep the homeowner aware of any problems with the system.
