Excellent company experience overall.   Initially after scheduling the free estimate with the very courteous call center, Dane, the basement specialist came out on time as scheduled, assessed our problem, and offered a solution for our crawlspace water issues. Dane was very accommodating with our timeline. Dane suggested the full perimeter french drain with sump pump, discharge line, and also their encapsulation material called Clean Space.   Two days before our install, the install department and Dane reached out to confirm arrival time and if we had any additional questions about our project.   On installation day, Miguel and his crew arrived on time, explained what the scope of work was, the entire crew was very professional, and they left the work site in excellent condition after completion.   Best of all, we love the transferable lifetime guarantee. We’ll definitely refer them. Thanks Quality 1st.

  I hired Quality 1st Basement to waterproof my basement, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. Miguel and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in just three hours. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing every step of the way and left the workspace even cleaner than they found it. The finished work looks clean, professional, and high-quality.   The installation team was fantastic, as were the sales and ownership of the company. They helped resolve some last minute problems that I had, even though it threw a big spanner into their normal operations. The on-site team were professional, efficient, cleaned up afterwards and communicated clearly. The work was only done yesterday but from what I can see it looks like it's going to work well.
