Meet Damon!

Damon brings 32 years of experience as a skilled carpenter, including 27 years as a carpentry business owner. His diverse background also includes six years as a real estate agent and five years managing an automotive facility. He holds certifications in GAF Roofing, DURA Deck, PPG Automotive Painting, and Real Estate. In his daily role, he oversees multiple employees and projects, while collaborating with property managers, town officials, legal professionals, engineers, and board members. His passion lies in delivering customer satisfaction and achieving his professional goals. Outside of work, he enjoys working out, skiing, motorcycling, four-wheeling, boating, coaching peewee football, and spending quality time with his family and children.
