Quality 1st was the 3rd quote I received. Jeff Nero quickly diagnosed that all I needed was a new sump pump. Water was literally shooting out of it. The 2 prior contractors recommended expensive and unnecessary French drains and ripping up the perimeters of my basement. Neither checked to see if the sump pump was actually working properly.
