My interaction with all of the staff at Quality 1st was very positive.

I talked to Brianne and Tiffany on several occasions. They were both very helpful and eager to make sure that we could could have our problem areas fixed. I appreciate the assistance they provided.

Jay did an estimate for us last summer. He really spent time describing the process and warranty to us. We were confident that this was a good way to solve our problems with lifting concrete on our front walkway.

IIan and Xavier did an excellent job leveling the concrete on the front walkway to our home. They sealed the joints and when I added another section to be sealed, they were eager to make sure that we were pleased with the job they did. They were very courteous and professional. They did a great job for us. we are very happy to have our front walkway safe from trip hazards again.

Beautiful job, clean and neat. We're very happy with the results.
