Kenny was not a "hard sell" and the presentation was brief which I truly appreciated! However...apparently he wrote that installation would be fine using the existing pipe for water to exit the basement when, in fact, the pip was too small. Our Crew leader had to come up with a very creative design of piping for these two sump pumps to be functional. I think the person who comes out to "sell the products" needs to be the same as the person who actually does the work!!

Mario (crew leader) was wonderful in solving the problems of installation of 2 Triple Safe Sump Pump in our 1860 home.
