Ken Peare was exceptional - he was prompt, informative and professional. He answered all of our questions and said he was proud to work for you. I had full faith that his word was good and not a "sales" job.
Brett and his team were all very polite, friendly and professional. They met with extenuating circumstances - 23 inches of concrete instead of 4 so it took them much longer then they had anticipated but they staid in good humor and did not show frustration.
