Job review from Nydia in Emerson, NJ 07630 on 06/19/19

my complaint is that no one call me they were not coming until I call my sales rep to find out why they were not here after 2 hours. It took Jeffrey over an hour to find out why. So it was close to noon before I find out they were not coming

Jeffrey Nero did a great job in selling, but even a better job in finding out what was going on and why they were not here at the time assign, since the office called the day before saying they crew would be here at 9-9:30

the cleanest people I ever hired Good job in also doing the window cover outside

Very, very clean/I only have one complaint that I felt they could done a better job in plugging the whole they made when I changed my mind in not wanting the 2 drain outside
