Still need a resolution on the water coming up from 2 spots in the floor - need a tech to come out and cut the dry wall and plug the holes.

Very good, he is professional.

Our Service Person's Diagnosis

He was diligent and was able to see the pump is working, however we are still getting water seeping up from the ground and need to find a remedy still.
