Job review from Kyle in Freehold, NJ 07728 on 08/12/25

When I moved in to my house 5 years ago, I noticed a crack in the foundation. Mike from Quality 1st came out, diagnosed the problem, and had a team come out to fix the issue from the inside. 5 years later, I have no issues with that spot. I did, however, find a crack on another side of the foundation. Due to the great work Quality 1st did years ago, I called them for assistance again. I was happy to learn Mike is still there (great to see continuation of employees) and they sent him out to my house again. He was able to apply the same fix and I'm optimistic the problem will be solved just like last time. He also reviewed other parts of the basement and suggested some proactive things I could do to help protect myself against future problems. One such issue was replacing the sump pump and battery backup. Mike was able to get a team out here ASAP, Victor and his crew came out and performed all agreed upon tasks with one day. I would absolutely use Quality 1st again in the future.
