We made an appointment and just as we were told, Randy our technician called us 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Once there, he diagnosed our issue and walked us thru a few steps of why things happened. He was thorough and informative and I cannot thank him enough. Very professional and I highly recommend Quality 1st for any basement water issues.
