(Updated Oct 22, 2025 — One again Quality 1st Basement came through at short notice to fix a drainage problem with our basement dehumidifier system. Technician Chris showed up early, which was great, and solved the problem in about 20 mins. He was friendly and professional. I didn’t have to pay anything since the service visit was apparently covered by the warranty. Great work and customer service!)

I had Quality 1st Basement Systems come in and do a major waterproofing job at my house in Queens this week. They showed up on time, finished the work in less than a day, cleaned up after themselves (they left it spotless) and transformed our basement. I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs during the difficult winter months. Even the smell of the basement is significantly better, not only due to the work they did but because of the dehumidifying system they installed. I'm a very satisfied customer.
